Briefcase- Poster designs

Image
As as second thought, I decided to create posters that would go up in bus and train stations for promotion. I decided that it could be a good idea to create posters with facts about food waste to promote Green Living.

Updated leaflet

Image
Instead of having a paragraph of words I decided to change it into an info graphic. I wanted it to be a pear with fruit stickers on but instead of "organic" I wanted to have information on how to connect the community and what to do.    Heres the updated leaflet with less text and a helpful ways to get in touch.

Briefcase- Animation and New Version of Leaflet

For this side of the leaflet, I have made the text smaller and the fruit and vegetables fit to the size of the page. I think that this is easier to read and is filled with fun and interesting facts for the community.

Briefcase- New leaflet design and banner

Image
Here are both sides of the new leaflet I created for my project. The difference between the top drawing and the first design I did for the leaflet is that the colours are more muted and the words are more legible for the older generation. I think the front and back of these leaflet designs are much better and look more exciting for the older generation to read.  This new banner design has improved a lot from the last one. It allows for the branding to have continuity throughout each printed piece I do for this project.

Briefcase- Improving my leaflet design

Image
This was my first design of y new and improved vegetables for the leaflet. However, I felt like there wasn't enough texture and it looked very flat and unusual. So I ended up redrawing the illustrations again.  For the background of my poster I wanted to show a collection of vegetables that grow in the allotments and are shipped out to different families. I really enjoyed doing this drawing and I think it is very effective. However, maybe the drawings look too realistic and not illustrative? So I might improve this further.  This is an illustration depicting the veg growing in the allotment, however,  something about it looks off and unappealing. I might have to illustrate this one again to make as successful as I want it to be. I like how I drew the beetroot growing. So, I think to improve this I need to change the background.  Here's an illustration to show someone offering the excess vegetables to people who need it. I think the carrots are drawn really wel...

Briefcase- Final Leaflet and Pop-up Poster Designs

Image
Here's mock up of the printed leaflet and recipe card together. The leaflet has a lot of information and it bright and colourful, however on this card the colours look dull and faded. So, I decided to print off the leaflet again on photo paper to imitate what the green would turn out like on the real thing.  The colours on this version are so much bright than the previous and it is exciting to look at. The dynamic lines on the leaflet are eye-catching and guide the attention of the reader inside the leaflet. Heres a mock up of what the Green living poster would look like to promote the organisation. I think photoshopping it on to actual banners makes the organisation look authentic.

Briefcase- Leaflet template designs and more development

Image
First attempt For this leaflet template design, I wanted the shapes on the leaflet to be geometric and nice to look at. At first I liked how this design looked, however, as I started adding stock images it started to look too messy.  Second Attempt  I started to add gradients and using different stock images, however, it just looked not how I imagined.  Third Attempt I started adding more gradients and images but this was the point where I decided to restart the process and create a new geometric shape.  Shortened logo design  I thought that my logo could be distracting, so in an attempt to fix my previous leaflet designs, I created a new logo for Green Living to shorten the length of it. If I expand this business design even further I think I might use this on packaging.  Final Trifold Leaflet design My final leaflet design was successful. as the background isn't too distracting for the words and there aren't too many stock images. This is a well-balanced ...
